It is a library, so one might imagine that the staff will be well-trained, and not too pushy about providing help for those who need it, but that is not always the case. And if you are a student, a library is no place to get that help. My library is a bit quirky, but by no means does it feel like a dump. The people there are nice, and they are willing to help, but it is often a bit hit-or-miss.
The people at the library are usually not so nice. They are usually a bit shy when it comes to doing things, and the staff is always very friendly. It is likely that they are just trying to cover up their attitude, because that is how they are usually treated.
It is so typical of the library to have people at the library that are friendly. It may be the case that the staff and the library do not have the right kind of rapport to be helpful, because the staff are not really friendly. The staff, and the library, are very polite and helpful.

The library is open at three AM on Saturday mornings, but in the afternoon it is so busy that it is closed for the weekend. It is an open space with no signs reading “Libraries Closed for the Week.” But that is not true. They do have a small group of people at the entrance who are there to help you if you are having a problem. It is nice to have something to look at that isn’t in a computer game or one of those other games.
St. Louis City Library. (located at 1825 Jefferson, Missouri) has been there since 1999, and is the second largest in Missouri. The location is located in the heart of the city, across from the St. Louis County Courthouse and across from the Saint Louis Zoo. The library offers a wide range of services including free computers, book selection, and free internet access.
I love the fact that the library is also about the community, and is open 24 hours a day. I love the fact that they also offer a great selection of books. However, I’m not a fan of the fact that the library is on a college campus.

First, a college student who has learned that a library is on a college campus does not have any authority to say that the library is on a college campus.
