There are three levels to self-awareness.
When I say levels, I mean three. You have to have a good sense of self-awareness to have a good level of self-awareness, but it is a process.
The first level is self-awareness that is based on actual experience. That is the level that is based on personal experience. The second level is self-awareness that is based on things you’ve read of in your own life. The third level is self-awareness that is based on facts from the world around you. You have to actually have good self-awareness to be able to have good levels of self-awareness.
There is a saying that “facts are for idiots” and I’m going to use that again because that is a fact. A good level of self-awareness takes experience and information. That means that if you want to have a good level of self-awareness, I suggest you spend some time reading a lot of self-help books.
