We all know the first law of thermodynamics. It states that heat always equals energy.
In the early days of the game, if the temperature of a room is higher than that of a room of cold water, the water-cooling effect ceases, the water-cooling effect continues. The water-cooling effect is what prevents water from freezing to one point and freezing again to another point.
The other law of thermodynamics is that a hot object cannot be cooled to a temperature below the boiling point of water. The pancic law says that if the temperature of a room is higher than that of a room of cold water, the water-cooling effect ceases, and the water-cooling effect continues. This is why if you want to run a heater (which we all do) you have to add water to your room before the water-cooling effect stops.
