The Missouri law requiring window tint to be no darker than 3/4 of the outside of your window provides a level of awareness that has been lacking in the past two decades.
The law mandates that the outside of your window is no darker than 34 square feet. This includes the glass and the frame of your windows. Your window tint is no less durable than other types of windows. The law is a direct result of the fact that many people who have lived in the past two decades have found that their windows have been getting darker by the day.
This law is a reaction to the fact that these people have no idea how to look out for themselves, the law is an attempt to make it so they can see better, and it’s a way to save people from themselves.
It’s easy to think that our government is an oppressive and violent organization. It certainly isn’t. It’s a law, and it’s enforced at the local, state, and federal levels, along with being enforced by the media and the police. The fact that we live in a time in which our government is out of touch with the rest of us is absolutely a scary thing, I think.
In 2013, Missouri passed a law that requires “all tinted windows within three miles of a residence to be at least one inch (2.5 centimeters) from a sun permeating surface.” This is a pretty simple concept. It is pretty easy to see why it was passed. Sunlight is pretty much the only way we can see for most of the year. The glass will break down the same way it would if it just sat there and let the sun do its work.
Well, that’s pretty much it. The only thing that really makes it worse is that it was passed without any sort of public comment period. The only reason it was passed in the first place is because it’s a state law. To actually pass this law and have no one comment on it, we’d have to do it all by ourselves. It seems to me that any window tint policy should be public.
This is a bit of a stretch to some, but I think the only reason this law was passed without comment was because it was a bad idea. To have it passed without any sort of public opinion is a lot like driving on the wrong side of the road.
I think this is an interesting law, and I think it’s good policy. It’s not a perfect solution, but since the whole reason they were worried about the law was for people to be talking about it without anyone actually knowing about it, it wasn’t a good idea.
There are a lot of good reasons for this law. If you want to drive in a car that is tinted, or if you want to live in a community where it is difficult to get a license (for example), it is better to have the law enforced by the government rather than by local residents.
As we’ve learned from the many times we’ve been asked, we don’t know exactly what tint you should have, or what tint you can have. But one thing is for sure: The law states that you need to know what you’re doing to have a tinted window installed. It also says that you need to use a tinting company that is licensed by the state.
