Like it or not, when you’re on the receiving end of a criminal act you’re basically being robbed of your rights and your life and all of the things you’ve worked for.
I’d like to propose an alternative to this idea. I think the law as we know it is a bad idea. The notion that there are just some things that we can and should do without being punished for it is a fallacy.
This is what I dont get with this piece of work. I get that its supposed to be a deterrent, but I also get that it is a deterrent for idiots and people with no sense of direction. Why are we punishing people for something that isnt even happening to them? The person who did this to Colt would have had to know a little about what they were doing to be able to do it.
The whole concept of law is that it is meant to protect us from ourselves and make us behave in certain ways. We are meant to follow orders and follow them because our society does. This is a mistake, and one that we are all perpetuating at some level. We are all too quick to give people the benefit of the doubt.
So here is something that you can learn from. If you are someone that feels that you are in some sort of danger, then the first thing to do is get out of there, find a safe haven in which to hide. A place to call home no matter where you are, where you feel safe, where you can ask for help, or where you don’t feel safe. In this case, there is a safe place for you in e-40’s place.
As is often the case, the law is a trap. If you are in a life threatening situation, your first instinct is to go the law. Go straight to the law, and be cautious. If you have no choice, then just ask for help. If you dont have a choice, then you have to do the law. In e-40s case, he is the law.
