This is what I was talking about earlier. When a cop shows up to arrest someone who is committing a crime, that cop is likely to have very specific intentions. This is especially true when the person shows no signs of wanting to stop or resist, but rather wants to be arrested. The cop may have no intentions of hurting the person, but rather wants to control them and keep them in custody.
So what does this mean for your house arrest officer? I mean, if you are an officer who is charged with keeping a person under house arrest and you show signs of wanting to arrest them and keep them in custody, you may be subject to something called “criminal intent”. These are legal terms that can be used to charge officers with crimes without their knowledge, and I can’t stress enough how important this is to the safety of our society.
This is one of those unfortunate legal cases that can happen from time to time. Because if the officer is charged with a crime, the charge can be based on not only their actions, but on the actions of other officers as well. And this is not just a problem in the criminal justice system. It can happen in the legal system as well.
I’ll admit that this is not a situation I would be particularly worried about. I’ve definitely seen many cases where an officer was charged with a crime and then that same officer would act in a way that violates not only the officer’s own privacy, but their own rights. In fact, the exact same thing happened to the officer in the video below.
This is a terrible thing that happened to a lot of officers. Just the other day I was in the District Attorney’s office watching a video of an officer in a car with a gun in the back seat. He was pulled over and the officers told him that they were trying to pull him over because of his behavior. The gun was pointed at him and he told them to let him go. The officers immediately followed the car and fired several shots into it.
As it turns out, they were not armed. The only way we know for sure is that the officer in the video was armed. He wasn’t so much trying to pull the trigger as to shoot the officers. His actions would be what motivated the officers.
The gun was still pointed at him and not his wife. The police officers were waiting for him to get to the house, and they were very happy to see the gun pointed at him. He tried to walk away, but they had him on the backseat. He was shot through the temple. The cops also said, “We don’t get you, you’re not going to let him walk away.” As it turns out, they were not armed.
I love how this episode reminds me that the cops in this episode were not armed. The gun was pointing at his head and not the officers. This makes it seem as if the cops did not care about his life.
Actually, the cop in this episode does not even carry a gun. He just has a police radio while they are talking. The cop on Blackreef’s island is very clearly an armed officer. He is also the one who shot Colt. He does not have a gun, but he is clearly armed.
It is not clear whether the cop who killed Colt had been shot by someone else or if he had been shot by another cop. In either case, he was clearly not the man Colt was after.
