I know it can be difficult for people to imagine that they live in an apartment. But in many parts of the world, an apartment is still an appropriate size for a modern person. When a lot of people first move into an apartment, they often find that the apartment has been converted into an entire apartment building. I’ve lived in apartments for over a decade and I have yet to see an apartment that’s too small.
I’m a little surprised that even the largest apartments are too small considering how many people are living there. It’s not as if people aren’t getting more and more comfortable with living in an apartment. In fact, the fact that apartment building conversions are becoming more common indicates that this trend may be only moving forward.
It’s interesting to note that apartment conversions are actually happening in the housing industry. I know that because I’m working on a new apartment building conversion project in my company. In fact, in my own apartment building conversion project, the apartments we are converting from are ones that were previously a series of two-family dwellings. The difference between my project and the average one is that we are converting them from 3-family dwellings to a 3-family structure with 3 units per floor.

This is why a lot of people that want to build a home tend to go with a traditional approach where they buy a lot of construction materials and then build the home themselves. This helps when things go wrong and you don’t have enough materials to fix the problem. But often that just creates a mess.
