This is the fourth time I’ve rented an apartment from dean apartments. After I reviewed their site, I was able to find a home for myself in the city I’m currently in, where rents are less than average. I’ve stayed at dean apartments only two times previously, and I will be returning to the apartment in my current location. I’d never stay anywhere else again.
Dean is a great company, and I recommend them to all of my friends. If you ever have a question about the apartment or anything else from dean, please feel free to ask them. They are always glad to help.
Ive been in several new buildings in Manhattan, and Ive yet to meet anyone that didn’t like the apartment or the building. The people Ive met have been mostly very nice and helpful. Ive also met some who were not so nice, like myself.
I guess it’s the weirdness of the place itself that makes the people we meet here. I think the weirdness is what makes it feel so warm and homey. Dean’s apartments are pretty cool, even if they do not look much like the apartments we’ve been in before. They are all a bit kitschy looking, but that’s to be expected, I guess.
Dean apartments are quite expensive, especially when you realize that many of the people living there do not actually know how to run a business. It’s a little hard to explain what this means, but I think we’re gonna go through some of these things that you probably don’t want to hear in a relationship, but if you want to know, it’s best just to know.
What happens in Dean apartments is that the owners rent out the apartments and all of the tenants then come and live there, taking their chances that the tenants will actually pay the rent. There is a certain amount of risk involved here, but it can be taken on quickly with a couple of phone calls. You can probably expect to spend a couple months there before it becomes obvious that those tenants aren’t all that interested in paying their rent. And then you can move on for the next tenant.
Dean apartments is actually a really interesting apartment building and it shows how easy it is to take advantage of the tenants in the name of rent-paying. The only bad thing about this is that it can get pretty dangerous. That being said, the apartment building did give us a few moments of panic when we entered the building, as a few tenants started to run when we started walking down their aisles. But we were able to call ahead and have a security guard at the door with us.
When we entered the building the guy who greeted us said, “So, what are you guys here for?” I tried to explain that we weren’t there for rent, and that we were here to check out the apartment building, but he wouldn’t understand. I finally said, “I know why you’re here, you’re here to check out the apartment building too.” He said, “Yes, I’m a tenant there too.
It’s not like Dean’s building is a bad place. Its just a little strange that there are no other tenants. When I asked about that, I was told that it was because someone who ran in right before us accidentally knocked down the first row of tenants while moving in, putting the building in a very bad spot. But then I asked, whats the big deal? There are plenty of other landlords who wouldnt be so choosy on which tenants to let in.
But you know, it seems like there is no good way to talk to someone who wants to move in, because they are not the kind of people you want to talk to. And while they may not want to talk to you at all, they are not the type of people you want to talk to either.
