In the last year, our state has seen this law take effect. The yellow light law prohibits the use and sale of a lighted lamp or other electrical device that is not operated by a licensed electrician, which can have a significant impact on homeowners as well as businesses.
That may sound harsh, but it’s a law that works pretty much exactly the same way as the yellow light law in Florida. For the same reasons, it’s a good idea to have a licensed electrician on site. If you’re unsure about the proper way to operate such a piece of equipment, you should look into a licensed electrician. A good electrician will have all of the required tools and equipment needed to do the job right.
Now that the law has been passed with the help of an electrician, its going to be interesting to see if it becomes a problem. While it will make the job easier, it may cause problems for businesses as well. For example, if a business owner isn’t sure of his electrician’s credentials, he may not call the proper number or he may ignore the warning. This is especially true if the electrician is a contractor.
The good news is that there is a good chance that if the electrician is a contractor, he will be able to complete the job. That is because the state of California has made an electrician a special category of “qualified” which means that any electrician is allowed to do the job. The other good news is that this is only going to make things easier. The electrician is not limited in the amount of time he can do the job.
The main reason why you will be taking out a Visionary is that you will not want to be a contractor. You will, therefore, be able to do the job.
So, in the mean time, the law should be applied to you, and if you’re not a contractor then you won’t be in a position to do the job. If you’d like to work in this position, then you should be able to do the job.
The law is very vague as to how much time you have to complete the job, and it has to be done “on demand.” Meaning that you have to be ready to do it even if you were not able to do it in the time frame that you had before. If you are late, you will be fined more and the electrician will have to be fired.
You have to be prepared to be late. Like, at all. If that means being a day late, then that is a big deal. I went to my son’s college play basketball game on a Tuesday night. When I got there, the gym was closed, and we were waiting for the bus to pick us up. The bus was about a mile and a half away, and the games were held on Saturday nights.
In California, you are allowed only one light in your house at a time. If you are getting a light you have to ask the power company for one. Usually they will come out and give you one. If you are getting a light that is too bright, I would suggest getting a dimmer switch, and if you have kids, they may need to be turned off when you are getting your light.
We’re not saying that we’re against the idea of light bulbs in homes, or that this law is a bad idea. In fact we’re on the fence about the whole issue. Why not just shut down the lights completely? But our friends at the San Francisco Chronicle report this law has been in place for almost a year already. And we feel that it’s been used as a tool to harass people for using electricity.
