I have been a stay at home mom for the past eight years, and I have to say that I love it. I have a very unique job, but I have my moments of being stressed out at work all the time. At home, I get to wake up and get the kids up, the kids help me with the breakfast, and I get to sit on the floor and read a good book.
This weekend, the Stuyvesant apartment building in Brooklyn was going to be the first to go up for sale, and a good part of me was hoping that it would be filled with a lot of young, rich people like me. As it turned out, most of the apartments will be for middle-aged couples who want to start their lives anew with a view of Brooklyn. And, of course, all of the apartments will be occupied.
And, of course, the apartments will be empty. This comes in part because a lot of the apartments will be vacant. Of the four, three, and three, three-story buildings that will be up for sale, two of them are three stories, each of which will be vacant. That means that the three-story buildings will have half of the apartments being used as storage space and the other half being occupied by families.
The only buildings that will be occupied are the six-story building and the seven-story building. The six-story building will be occupied by a company called Bedford Stuyvesant Brokerage, which will also be a broker of apartments and, as a side business, will be dealing with apartment buyers. The seven-story building will be empty of tenants, so the building will be empty of apartments.
Our target audience will be the families who move into the apartments and the apartment-buyers who want to rent them. But the developers are also including five apartments on the ground floor for lease. The developers hope that by moving up the floors the apartments themselves will get bigger, but if that’s all they are going to be doing, they’re going to have to start doing the same thing with the bathrooms, which will be a big project.
One of the tenants that will be moving out of the building is a young girl who has some personal issues. She and her parents are renting a small apartment in a nearby building and they’ve decided to sell it and move out.
So far there are no indications that the new tenants are trouble makers, but I imagine that soon there will be. Maybe it will even be the developers themselves. The developers of the building are also new to the city and are a bit nervous about the new tenant.

Bedford Stuyvesant is a district of Brooklyn Heights. The area is rich in history and is rich in history, and one of my favorite parts of the neighborhood is the Old Spaulding Church.
