A place I’ve lived for over 10 years and have a few friends who live there. I love it here. The view, the neighborhood, the fact that it’s close enough that I can walk to the store are the things I always take with me anywhere I go. A place you can be your best self.
I believe this is something that I think everyone should experience first hand. Whether you’re in the market for a place to rent or whether you already own a home, apartment living is the best way to live. It gives you the chance to become your best self and the comfort of a home.
I know it sounds contradictory that I believe you should live in a place you can be your best self at, but I’m going to give it a shot. I don’t want to sound like a broken record here, but you should live your life like you want to live it. If you don’t, you might regret it in the future. And, if you don’t, you might regret it now.
If you want to live in a place that’s safe, clean, and comfortable, you can. But if you don’t want to live in a spot that’s comfortable, you should look into apartment living.
The problem is that while apartment living can be a great way to be your best self, it’s also not always the best way to live, because not everyone you know wants to share your space. But apartment living can be great because of the space you can create for yourself. An apartment is a great space for a lot of reasons. The biggest being the freedom to do your own things. You can bring your own TV, your own bed, your own clothes, and so on.
This is also one of the reasons why apartment living is so popular. Most people find it easier to be independent in their own space. This doesn’t mean you can’t come home to an empty room, but it may mean a little more time to spend with your friends, or even go out on your own you’re not required to follow a strict hierarchy.
Thats what I thought. But then when it came time to look for a new place to move to in New York City, I was surprised to find that apartment rental rates were lower than apartment rents in other cities. Sure, apartments in Manhattan are usually about a 3 to 4x (3.5 to 5.5) percent more expensive than the rent of apartments in other major cities, but that doesnt mean apartment rent rates are anything but expensive.
The reason most apartment owners are not as cautious is because they are also the most likely to be able to afford the high prices. Because the prices in NYC are so much more expensive than other cities, most people are comfortable renting an apartment without owning it.
This means that the average apartment is more expensive than the average home. And this is just the most basic statistic. Rent is one of the most commonly asked questions at real estate agents and home inspectors. The vast majority of people do not understand how much the rent is for an apartment and how much it is for a home. They don’t know what it is for a home because they are only seeing the rent and not what is inside.
This is a problem because it means most people are willing to pay a lot more for an apartment than they would be willing to pay for a home.
