Clark is one of the largest apartment buildings in Seattle and it’s a popular destination for investors and families with young kids. But with the recent gentrification of Seattle, this building has had some serious issues.
One issue is that the top floors are now being used for luxury apartments. And the fact that the building has some of the best views in Seattle makes it a prime location for a killer condo development. But that’s not all.
Another issue? Well, since the building is currently being renovated, the new tenants are being given apartments with no parking. In one case a tenant was given a 3 bedroom in the building. The problem though is that the building is owned by a group that has been in negotiations with the city for years now and has been willing to give up a piece of the project to help the building sell. But for some reason the city decided that the new tenants should be given a car.
The problem is that, until recently, the city owned this building and it had a good deal of control over the apartments. So now the city is trying to get a building that is essentially a dump to demolish and build apartments for the new tenants. It’s not clear whether the city is trying to make some kind of profit from this transaction. But if the city is trying to make some kind of profit, they aren’t making it very easy.

But the way that people respond to these comments is that the city is being greedy because it wants to make a profit.

What I mean by that is that the city is not trying to make a profit for a specific purpose. It just wants to make lots of money by getting lots of houses built, and building lots of office buildings, and buying up lots of land.
I think the city is probably being greedy because it wants to be seen as greedy. It wants to be able to say, “hey, we want to make a profit because we are making a lot of money, so we can buy lots of lots of buildings and lots of land, and we want to make a lot of money.
The people behind clark apartments don’t want to be seen as greedy. They want to be seen as responsible because they want to be able to say, “Hey, we are making a profit, so we can buy lots of lots of buildings and lots of land, so we can build lots of offices and lots of apartments, and make lots of money.
It’s a little hard to figure out if clark apartments is actually going to be a business or not. Is it a luxury apartment or a mid-scale business? Does it want to be something big to be seen as a good business or a poor business? Or maybe it wants to be seen as a middle-scale business because it wants to be a business that will become a big business like Apple. Apple was a little bit of both.
