If there is a law that says that it is okay to think about being alone, there must be some rule that prevents us from doing so. After all, we are all alone in the world.

It is certainly true that we all have to be alone sometimes, but with an increased awareness of our surroundings, we can do much more to benefit from the solitude. Instead of just thinking about having a great time when you’re alone, you could think about how to improve your situation to make it better.

That’s the idea of zero factor law. You can use this law to learn more about yourself, to take advantage of the solitude you might find in a lonely time, and to make sure that you do some things to make your life more comfortable.
