I just got back from my annual trip to the beach and wanted to make a summer shirt for the kids so I could wear after my trip. I wanted something simple, but at the same time, something that they wouldn’t have to wash or iron.
I know I don’t want to get too specific, but I can’t not tell you about my son in law. My older son recently passed away and my daughter is now in the process of marrying his son in law. We are both really thankful for his presence in our lives. I really wanted him to see his children grow up, but I also wanted to give them something they would never forget.
I think my wife was the one who suggested this shirt. I was thinking about it today, and I said I wanted to make sure they didn’t have to wash it, so I would like to have it ironed. I think I got my shirts ironed in a couple of days.
