You don’t have control over your body in the way you think you do. You have control over your attention which allows you to focus on something else. We call that “self awareness”. It is important to know when you are in this state.
You are not in this state because you have self-awareness. You have self-awareness because your attention is focused on something else. It is a pretty strong thing to do when you have self-awareness. It also comes in a form that you can’t tell anyone apart from you.
