I love the idea of working in a small space but I am not sure what level I will achieve. I think I can do well in a small office but my work environment is not conducive to being at my best.
I would like to think that it would be good to work in a company large enough to keep us in the game for a while.
As it turns out, I’m not wrong. The best place for working with smaller teams is in a small company such as a law firm or a legal support company. To do this you will need to be a flexible, enthusiastic, and innovative person. You will need to be able to work with people at a variety of levels.

I would recommend hiring two or three people that you can work with for a period of time. They should be people that you can bounce ideas off of, people that you can question, people that you can challenge your own ideas to, and people that you can work with in a collaborative manner.
The rules of a law firm are pretty simple. People have a few rules that they follow. But that doesn’t mean they’re going to set themselves up for failure. Every firm is different. Each and every one needs to have a clear plan and understanding of what they should take into account. A lawyer should have a clear understanding of what his client’s agenda is and what they should do.
