I think the key is to keep your food budget at the grocery store where most of your grocery shopping happens. But I also think you can take some things out of your grocery budget by shopping at your local farmer’s market or specialty stores. I know it sounds weird because I have always been careful about what I buy, but you will get much more bang for your buck if you buy a lot.
You can do all of this without necessarily going to the grocery store. I just think it’s a great idea to go there to shop for fresh produce and meats. I’ll be shopping for these things in bulk at the farmer’s market. You can also go to specialty stores like the meat counter at your local supermarket. I feel that most people are more focused on eating and eating healthy.
I used to think it was weird that I loved making and eating food and then I was a vegetarian and then I was gluten free. I guess now I really understand why I don’t know what to eat. I wish I would have just cut out all of my food. It’s just too much of a hassle.
