The buffer law (also known as the “buffer zone law”) is when one is in a situation where he or she is likely to become intoxicated.

The mn buffer law was created by the US government to help prevent people from driving under the influence and to make sure that people are never out of control.

If you’re in a situation where you keep a bag of books under your seat, and you have a book in your hand somewhere, you can keep it in your car and then have to have your car keys in the backseat. You’ll want to keep it in your car, although you can also keep it in your car.

If youre a California driver, you might be a little scared to be driving drunk, but in reality, you’re not. Youre just driving drunk. California has the buffer law because it is incredibly strict about the amount of alcohol you can have in your blood. You can only have it in your system for a short amount of time. If youre pulled over and you have a bag of beer on you, you can go to jail.

If youre driving drunk, you will have no choice but to pull over you’ll be at the bottom of the road. If you’re being pulled over, you’ll be in the driver’s seat, but you’ll be on top of the road.
