The Miami Beach lifestyle is one of the many things we have in common with my childhood. I can still remember the drive to the beach with my dad and all the things we would do there. There were still a ton of things my mom would drive us to, like the restaurant and grocery stores, and even the movie theater.

We’re talking about the same place my mom drove me to, this time around. That’s because my mom has had a long run of success in real estate. She started her real estate career when she was just a teenager (in the 1970s), then moved on to the management business when she was in her twenties. But she never stopped having fun. We might have a lot of similarities with our parents, but we both have their love for the beach.
It’s the same old story, but we have a few things in common. We like to party. We don’t let them keep us from going to the beach (or anywhere else). We like to eat a lot of good food. We take a lot of pictures of ourselves and post them online. We’re both into music. We’re both into TV shows and movies, and we both share a very fond love for a certain show from the ’80s.
Its not hard to find a beach to go to. In fact, most people who live around Miami Beach are beach-goers, so there is actually no shortage of beach-friendly places. Even if you’re not a beach-person, you could always take a drive out of town and find a nice beachside vacation spot. Just don’t expect to find the same amount of activities as people who live in the city.
In our experience, going out to a beach in Miami is pretty much like going to a bar. You get a drink and watch the sun go down, but once you get there you have to wait at least 30 seconds for the bar to empty. And unless the bar is an oasis of white linen and blue light, you are basically stuck in the same spot all night.
That’s the same for beach living out of town too. Miami Beach is a party town, but you have to wait for the sun to go down. You are stuck in the same spot all night until you either go to sleep or shower.
