When you are feeling lucky, you can’t possibly want to get the bike helmet you want any longer. And if you have been riding on a mountain bike, you wouldn’t get it. But if you are riding a little mountain bike, you definitely want to ride the bike helmet.
This law is a little different, because it is not a law at all. No one is being punished, so it’s not like someone has a criminal record and is being sent to jail. Instead, it is a law of sorts that says, “We have to give you the best bike helmet we have to protect your face from all the road rage you have on your mountain bike.” This law is not really about protection, but rather about providing a bike helmet at a competitive price point.
