A few years ago, I was taking a class on calculus, and in the lecture material, one of the readings had this amazing equation by Joseph Lambert. It was about why the cosine of two angles is always the same regardless of the angle subtended. It was a great read and led me to consider lambert’s law. I wanted to look up lambert’s law because I wanted to understand it better.
