Yes, it is. At least the weather is. I live in Harlem. In the summertime, the humidity is always on the rise, and the mosquitoes are out in full force. During heatwave times, the city’s always humid and you can tell by your breath that the sun is on you.
I live in Harlem and I’ve been around for a long time. I’ve been to the North Side, the South Side, the West Side, the East Side, the South Bronx, the East Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. And all of these neighborhoods have humid summers. It’s not just one of the top ten most mosquito-ridden cities, though.
