The pyramid has a wide base, wide sides, and a tall peak. It is just awesome.

If you’ve gotten it, I suggest you go out and buy one of these and try it out. For $40, I would recommend getting an iPhone case (which will keep your hands free, but if you’re going to spend the money you should at least look good). Its size is perfect for getting around town, and it has a wide base so you can do your meditation exercise safely.

You can get a better base than I have, but it works, and it won’t break your neck. If you dont have an iPhone case, try getting a necklace with a wide base. You can put it on your neck to avoid bumping into anything.

My local dry cleaner’s store had just come out with their own version of this, so I asked them what they thought about it. They said it was a pretty good fit. My opinion is it’s too wide, but if you get it for you and your significant other, I wouldn’t complain.

I can’t say I’m a fan of the way crown heights has been described, but I think it does work. If you can get a decent base, it might also help with a little extra cushioning to make it safer on your body. There is no doubt that getting hit by a flying object is a painful experience, but if you can take a few steps to put yourself in a better position to avoid getting hurt, it can sure give you a boost.
