The cost of living in Grand Junction is one of the more difficult questions we get asked. It would be easy to just say that it’s $5,000 and that’s the cost of living in Grand Junction. But the reality is that it’s probably $5 million dollars. So, we have to keep in mind that every single dollar you pay goes towards the cost of living in Grand Junction.
The Grand Junction area of San Gabriel has about 100 buildings in it. The cost of living in these buildings is probably between $3,000 and $4,000 per month, with an average rent of $2,000. That’s pretty good for us, considering we live in a very expensive part of town (which is to say, the part where San Gabriel is located).
I wouldn’t say that it’s cheap living, but the cost of living is not a problem in the Grand Junction area. This is because the area is divided into multiple areas for different kinds of businesses. For example, the San Gabriel Market, where you could buy a lot of groceries and other necessities, is all located in the same area, and you still have to pay the same for the same services.
The local businesses are very diverse. For example, you could buy a loaf of bread from a bakery, or you could buy a house from a realtor. There are also some fast food restaurants in the area, some coffee shops, and some clothing stores. This area is also filled with fast food restaurants for obvious reasons. We are also fortunate to live in a very nice house.
The area where we live in is also known as Grand Junction. There are many more fast food restaurants in Grand Junction than in Grand Junction itself, so it really isn’t that much of a big deal.
Although the area is known for many things, the prices are not. You could ask a realtor for house for $100,000 dollars and they will almost always say no. You could ask a bakery for a loaf of bread for $2,000 and they will tell you no. There are some fast food restaurants in the area but they are not going to help you save $100,000 dollars.
This is not to say that I am not a fan of fast food places, I am the type who loves going to McDonalds every single day and enjoying it, so I am very fussy when it comes to the places I eat. I also go to other places where I have to stay in a hotel for a few days and they are always very expensive. I have to drive to work, so sometimes I have to spend a few nights at a hotel just to get a discount.
It’s a very expensive area to live, so you do have to make do with a little bit of convenience. But if you are willing to put your own money into a McDonalds, you can save a lot of money. Because McDonalds has a lower per-child cost per meal than many other fast food places do, you can get a great discount on every meal at McDonald’s.
Like a lot of other places though, the cost of living in Grand Junction is significantly higher than it used to be. In the past I would have said “The cost of living is ridiculous,” but after living in my current condo for several years, I’ve come to believe that the price is right.
Yes, you can get a great discount on every meal at McDonalds. But it’s not just about the price of your meal. It’s also about the time you spend eating. Because McDonalds has a slower pace than other places, you can get an incredible discount on your food because you don’t have to wait in line to order.
