This is the fourth issue of the Columbia Business Law Review, Inc. quarterly publication.

A few years ago Microsoft announced that its next big Windows Phone (the most recent version) was out. Its first Windows Phone Phone will be released in the U.S. on December 27, 2011. Our first Windows Phone is still an open source development tool, but we’ve added support for Windows Phone 7.1. With Windows Phone 7.1, you’ll be able to develop Windows Phone 7.1 and Windows Phone 8.

Windows Phone 7.1 is a new version of Windows Phone that will be available to consumers in the U.S. on December 27. Windows Phone 7.1 is a complete revamp of the OS, and focuses on the new touch and live tiles of the platform. With this update, Windows Phone will be compatible with both the iPhone and Android phones, although the latter is not currently supported by the OS. Windows Phone 7.1 will also be available to developers on July 31, 2012.

Windows Phone was the first phone OS to be developed in-house by Microsoft. In Windows Phone 7.1, the company has opted to create a new, unified, phone platform that will be free for all, and will be free for app developers. This means that it will be possible for developers to create apps without having to pay for the hardware costs associated with a contract with Microsoft.

The decision to create a new, unified phone platform was made when they first met with the public, and it seems as though they’ve done a good job of making this one-size-fits-all platform work very well. The only thing that seems to hold it back is that the platform is locked down to the current Windows Phone 7.x platform and there are no plans to introduce a new Windows Phone 8.x platform. The platform will also be available to developers in July.

Microsoft has been pretty open about how much they like Windows Phone. Not only has they been saying that they don’t want to do another Windows Mobile phone platform, but they’ve also been saying that they don’t want to do a unified Windows Phone platform. That’s great because it means that all of the Windows Phone 7.x apps will still be available to the public, and that means that Microsoft will still be able to continue to make and sell apps for Windows Phone 8.x.

The same can’t be said for the fact that Microsoft has also been pretty silent about Windows Phone 8.x. I mean, if Microsoft doesnt want to make Windows Phone 8.x apps, then they should just let the market decide. The fact is that there’s a massive market out there for Windows Phone 8.x apps. And a lot of the Windows Phone 8.x developers are pretty much doing the same thing that they’ve been doing since Windows Phone 7.x was released.

The reason why I like the app development community is that it is also a huge market. It’s not a bunch of developers who can do a great job doing what they enjoy doing. The developers are so passionate about their app that they could not be more excited than I am. They are passionate about their app.
