It’s not like you can just throw it in a pan and be done in an hour.
The problem is that it takes a lot of effort to cook a lot of things the way that you want them to be. With seafood, you can always use a pan or a pot to cook it, and while it’s not necessarily the quickest way, it’s the most reliable. If you’re not careful, you will end up steaming or sautéing or both.
