It’s very nice looking, but it’s not going to win any beauty contests with the inside. The inside is what I would call “not very nice”. The kitchen is small and needs a little work, but nothing terribly drastic. The bathroom is very small, but well-designed.
The only other thing that I can think of is the number of apartments in the building. I have seen a lot of homes that are so small that you have to stand in the middle of the living room and stretch your arms out the way to stretch your arms out. The bedrooms are small, but the closets are very nice. The bathrooms have very nice bathrooms, but I would say that the closets are very small. Again, not a huge deal.
