What do you get when you mix three of the same food with three different types of fat? A bagen law. While the term may conjure images of a gummy blob, this delicious, healthy meal is made with some of the most amazing ingredients like red quinoa, chickpeas, and almonds. It’s healthy, gluten free, vegan, and you can eat it all the time.

It’s hard to not get excited about this recipe because its ingredients are all delicious. The chickpeas are an excellent source of protein and fiber, the quinoa is a good source of B vitamins (B6, B12, and folate) and potassium, and the almonds are a great source of protein and healthy fat.

The ingredient list is quite extensive, but we do have to make a quick note. The chickpeas have a very specific, unusual, and dangerous process in which they’re soaked and then rinsed with water and salt, which is a bit overkill but does absolutely nothing to prevent them from going bad. This makes them unappealing for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of chickpeas. The quinoa is an odd choice, as it contains a very high amount of carbohydrates.

They believe it is unnatural for humans to eat raw or cooked food. I dont think that has anything to do with the fact that chickpeas are a bad choice to cook with.

I can say that I was a vegetarian for many years and as a vegetarian I enjoy the taste of raw food and raw vegetables. I am a little concerned about the idea that some people have, but I do not believe this to be true. I suspect it stems more from their lack of knowledge of what raw food actually is. Raw meat is what we would call “raw” meat. It is the meat that is not cooked.

Also, I want to say that I think that raw meat is indeed very delicious. I have a very strong opinion about it. I think it is very easy to over eat and I think it can be very dangerous. If you put too much raw food in your body, it can lead to an insulin response and you can get a very bad reaction. I believe that raw meat is the last thing you should do if you don’t want to get fat.
